Sunday April 19th 2015 at the East Hastings Sea Angling Club the new Hastings Old Town Carnival Queen was chosen, Miss Hastings,Chloe Stretton with Carnival Princesses Talitha Ford and Hannah Burgess. The event was well attended and included special guests, the Carnival Court of Dover. The Mayor of Hastings, Cllr Bruce Dowling, deputy Mayor Cllr Judy Rogers, Sian Hamilton and 2013 Carnival Queen Bethany Hill had the difficult task of judging. 2014 Carnival Queen Laylah Dobinson, congratulated her successor and the whole event was MC’d by Richard Stevens
